Just to let you know, Claire-mun and my two characters are not quite done with this thread yet. I saw it marked as complete, and we need at least one more round before we're done. I'm planning on doing up an application for a technology reliant character, and figured that I would ask a question before I got going. It would probably change how I did the rp samples, elsewise I would ask later.

Does/would outside technology work in Paixao?
