Howdy!

Mateo here, bringing in number four for you guys. Meet Reddas of FFXII fame. He's essentially a pirate king, but very proper and seeks to find justice rather than booty. Of course, this doesn't detract from his business sense. He'll likely be around to cause more uproar over everything happening in Paixao at the moment, but in a very Shakespearean manner.
