Hi guys, Raina, one of your friendly neighborhood mods here with a ton of new rules and requirements.

Needless to say, it is imperative that you pay attention to this post.

1. Backlogging is now allowed. IE: The one thread at a time rule has been lifted. This is to give muns a break when they're trying to squeeze out the posts for activity checks, or to help keep characters out of the waiting game that some of us are very familiar with.

Please don't abuse this new rule, or it can and will be revoked. There is no point in being forced to work on a thread your muse no longer has inspiration for. But we don't want every thread to continuously go incomplete.

Threads with fighting have very specific guidelines. Yes, you can move on before the fighting is finished. But you need a mod's permission to do so, and you will not get permission from us unless you are able to tell us what will happen eventually in the fight.

Failure to do so? Will end in a warning, and then any future threads will be deleted. Do not test us on this issue.

2. Next up, Applications have been changed. Drastically. So listen up!

• Journal entry samples are now required. There are no ifs, ands, or buts. There is no good excuse to not have them. If your character can't speak or type, then write what they would say if they could. No excuses will be accepted now.
  
• There are now minimum requirements on apps, to prevent apps being sent back for revision for being too short.

New application minimums are:

History: Must be at least two, five sentence, paragraphs long.
Journal Sample: Must have at least 7 sentences.
Sample Roleplay: Must be at least three, five sentence, paragraphs, long.

Finally, the last announcement I had. We will be retiring paixaoguide. It might take a bit, but we will be moving all roleplay information and rules from there to the mod journals. So if you have friends curious about joining us, please refer them to a mod. Our IM and contact info should be pretty easy to get a hold of.
