Anzy, Hanekoma and Harry mun, here with my third character in an attempt to sow chaos and other plotty goodness: Lexaeus, Number V of the Organization. He's a lot less...eccentric than his coworkers, but don't let that fool you, he's one bad dude.

I'll try and get him to cause trouble for your characters as soon as I can.
