Lara... is amused by Hades. He's not the first evil god she's looked in the face, so to speak, so the intimidation she might have had for him if she hadn't faced off against Set already is non-existent. Still, Lara's mostly neutral to his plans... as long as he doesn't get in her way.
NiGHTS thinks Hades is funny. 8D S/he enjoys bantering with him, even as s/he enjoyed helping to thwart Hades' plans. As long as Hades doesn't hurt hir friends or try to boss hir around, s/he'll be cool with him. :|b
Knuckles pretty much thinks Hades is annoying. :| He mostly ignores him or shuts him down.
Yorda... doesn't like Hades very much, but she's willing to speak to him in hopes that she can change his mind about being evil. >:
Refia... doesn't know about Hades yet, but she's wary about him after finding out that he was lying to her about not knowing what was going on.
