Haha, it's no problem! We use to require 1st person on top of the 3rd person, but we've changed things around.

The date of when logs started has no significance to us, it's the date of the last comment on the log. Does that make sense? So the log could've started a month ago, but it still has recent comments to it, like the one Alice is in.
