That is to say, would anyone (most importantly Syaoran) be averse to me getting a next-day-ish thread going with Syaoran? I've got a bit of spazzing I really want Ivan to work through before Iindenture him to the Overlord go anywhere else.

Ivan is definitely not interested in getting killed. It won't have occurred to him that Karst thinks this is his fault, though. XD; So yeah.
