Donna: Hiding out in the TARDIS behind the church. Freaking out because she can't find her Doctor and she hasn't heard anything from him since the domes started falling. Basically, she thinks he's in there somewhere. And if she doesn't hear from him soon, she's going in after him.

Austria: Somewhere outside the city (possibly with Terra, if her mun doesn't mind), trying to find out where Flandre's hiding out so he can go find her and get her out of the rubble.
