NPC Request!

I'm procrastinating on important homework right now, so Karst is going to be making her way towards Folios Weaponry so she can get a scythe and hunt down Ivan to threaten him a little (but he should figure out pretty quick that she's bluffing). ANYWAY, that means she'll need an NPC or two to haggle over prices with buy a scythe from. She's not there yet, so there isn't exactly a rush, but I'd like to have this lined up ahead of time.

And to anyone who'd scold me about the homework, BITE ME. This is the class I'm failing anyway.
