Oi, my mun says to tell you that Explorer fails and likes to not obey standard HTML rules and let's some stuff work that shouldn't. Such as not adding a # to the hex code for colours. So like... color="#000000" is the ACTUAL way to do it, which you forgot, so that's why your font is failing in other browsers to actually show green.
